About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate for their Woodland Mall location. This role is crucial for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers. As a Core Staff Associate, you will be part of the foundation that keeps the store running smoothly, providing reliable support. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, giving a voice to people's loves. This position requires the completion of an assessment upon application submittal.

Requirements

Results-oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
Dependability, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
