About The Position

The Core Products Analyst supports the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvements of the bank’s core products. This role contributes to the execution of product-related processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established standards. The position is designed as an entry-level role with growth potential, providing exposure to core banking systems, product governance, and cross-functional initiatives. The Analyst will develop foundational knowledge of product structures, operational workflows, and system configurations while progressively taking on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining product setups within the core banking system
  • Support updates to product configurations, parameters, and documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across product records and system data
  • Perform routine product-related tasks following established procedures
  • Support product implementation activities, including setup and validation
  • Assist with issue tracking, troubleshooting coordination, and resolution follow-ups
  • Maintain and update product documentation, procedures, and job aids
  • Ensure adherence to established processes, controls, and internal standards
  • Identify opportunities for improving documentation clarity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Channels, Marketing, Operations, IT, Compliance, and business units
  • Assist in gathering requirements and supporting minor product-related initiatives
  • Participate in meetings and track action items for follow-through
  • Run and validate standard reports related to product and data configurations
  • Assist in monitoring data quality and identifying inconsistencies or errors
  • Support basic analysis to inform decision-making and identify process improvements
  • Build knowledge of core banking systems, product structures, and workflows
  • Gradually take on more complex tasks and responsibilities as proficiency increases
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational enhancements over time
