The Core Platform Analyst role reports to the Manager, Banking Operations and serves as a key resource for the administration, support, and enhancement of the Credit Union’s core banking and operational systems, including the core banking platform (XP2), document imaging system (AppEnhancer), and knowledge management platforms. Working collaboratively with business stakeholders across the organization, this role analyzes operational processes, supports system functionality, and implements solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall member experience. The Core Platform Analyst plays an important role in ensuring critical systems effectively support business operations and organizational objective.
