About The Position
Responsible for oversight over Corporate Actions Operations. Will need to manage high risk processes that span international markets. Focus will mainly be around voluntary corporate action activity and could include complexities such as securities finance, middle office, and international custody. Ideal candidate has experience within the corporate action field, specifically, within the instruction processing area. The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS). SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities. Requirements

- B.S. degree in accounting or Finance preferred
- Minimum 3 years within Corporate Actions (instruction processing preferred).
- Knowledge of securities language preferred.
- Knowledge of custody/accounting systems preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and attention to details skills.
- Strong written and verbal communications.
- Must be deadline oriented with the ability to provide technical expertise to resolve daily problems.

- Project work, inclusive of Robotics
- Daily escalation resolution
- Main point of contact around Client Service inquiries
- Familiarity with risk reporting
