Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Information Technology preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
  • Supported ERP implementations or major systems upgrades preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps)
  • Knowledge of DevOps or release management practices.
  • Experience supporting data warehouse or reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily leadership and direction to Core IT Infrastructure personnel
  • Coordinate across networking systems, cloud, and modern workplace services
  • Monitor service health, performance, and stability
  • Makes routine operational decisions related to incident response, workload prioritization, and service restoration, escalating higher-risk or strategic decisions as appropriate
  • Works closely with the Infrastructure Manager to execute departmental priorities, projects, and operational initiatives
  • Lead technical response during incidents
  • Coordinate cross-team troubleshooting
  • Manage escalations and ensure resolution
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement in Core infrastructure processes/procedures
  • Coordinate infrastructure change planning, scheduling, implementation, and validation activities.
  • Ensure all core infrastructure changes are properly assessed, documented, tested, and communicated.
  • Evaluate operational risk, dependencies, and support requirements for planned changes.
  • Maintain team readiness for system upgrades, deployments, and major business initiatives.
  • Establish and enforce operational standards, documentation, and change control procedures.
  • Lead continuous improvement of infrastructure reliability, operational efficiency, and service stability.
