About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Core GEOINT Learning / Core GEOINT Subject Matter Expert (Mid-Level) to support the development and delivery of foundational Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) training and mission support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of GEOINT tradecraft, intelligence communications, and critical thinking methodologies, with the ability to develop, present, and mentor others on intelligence analysis principles and best practices. This position requires an accomplished GEOINT professional who can communicate complex analytical concepts, develop instructional materials, and deliver technical briefings to audiences ranging from entry-level analysts to senior leadership. The successful candidate will support training initiatives while reinforcing Intelligence Community (IC) and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) standards for analytic production and communication. Candidates must be willing and able to travel throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) in support of customer and mission requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in GEOINT, intelligence analysis, or a related intelligence discipline.
Experience with: Foundational GEOINT principles and tradecraft, Intelligence communications, Critical thinking and analytical methodologies, Developing and presenting intelligence products
Working knowledge of: GEOINT tradecraft, methodology, and technology, Intelligence Community (IC) and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) analytic standards and policies, Visualization techniques for intelligence analysis, Intelligence writing and briefing best practices
Experience delivering technical briefings in formal classroom and desk-side environments to audiences ranging from analysts to senior leadership.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically (CONUS) and internationally (OCONUS) as required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport if international travel is required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Intelligence, Geography, Intelligence Studies, National Security Studies, Military Science, Political Science, Education, or a related field.
Experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Intelligence Community (IC), or other federal agencies.
Experience developing or delivering technical training or professional education programs.
Familiarity with adult learning principles, curriculum development, and instructional design methodologies.
Experience mentoring junior analysts or facilitating professional development programs.
Thorough understanding of GEOINT tradecraft and intelligence analysis methodologies.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
Strong technical writing and editing capabilities.
Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives.
Flexibility to support mission requirements at customer locations worldwide.

Responsibilities

Deliver instruction on foundational GEOINT principles, methodologies, and tradecraft.
Develop and present instructional materials covering intelligence communications, critical thinking, and GEOINT analytical processes.
Mentor analysts on best practices for research, analysis, visualization, and intelligence product development.
Prepare and deliver formal technical briefings, classroom instruction, and desk-side training to personnel at all organizational levels.
Instruct students on the preparation of written intelligence products in accordance with Intelligence Community (IC) and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) standards.
Provide guidance on effective visualization techniques, analytic writing, and briefing methodologies.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve analytical proficiency.
Collaborate with instructional teams and mission stakeholders to continuously improve curriculum and training effectiveness.
Stay current on evolving GEOINT technologies, tradecraft, and intelligence methodologies.
Support customer engagements, training events, and operational activities at CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.
