The Core FSQA Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of core Food Safety & Quality programs at Home Chef. This role ensures compliance with the SQF (Safe Quality Food) Management System, including the development, execution, and monitoring of the cleaning and sanitation program, master sanitation schedule, food safety and quality plan, and pest control management. The Core Superintendent is also accountable for the Management Review process. The FSQA Superintendent leads by example in driving food safety culture.
