About The Position

Responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of research projects and grants by working closely with researchers, grant managers, and finance teams to ensure effective financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance with funding regulations to support the success of research programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Finance required or Bachelor's Degree Accounting required
Financial Analysis Experience 3-5 years required
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and budget management.
Knowledgeable with research funding mechanisms, grant management, and funding agency regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information to various stakeholders.
Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with researchers, administrators, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and analysis for research projects, including budget development, cost projections, and financial forecasting.
