This is an opportunity for an experienced Medical and/or Dental Assistant who wants more than routine tasks - someone who wants to grow, expand their clinical skillset, and be part of the future of integrative healthcare. In this role, you will serve as a key clinical partner, gathering various diagnostic records and data-gathering procedures that directly influence patient outcomes: Primary Role: Clinical & Diagnostic Specialist * Patient intake, identification, consent, and education on the ‘why’ behind the assessment * Accurate acquisition and documentation of vital signs and clinical data, including: Height, weight, neck circumference, Blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation (SpO₂) * High-quality extraoral and intraoral diagnostic photography * Intraoral 3D digital arch scanning, including full arches, gingival margins, and bite registrations * CBCT scan acquisition for complete head and neck evaluation in compliance with standing orders and ALARA principles * Rhinomanometry measurements to assess for nasal function * Precise clinical documentation and digital file management * Equipment setup, calibration, and infection control compliance Secondary Role: Provider Support & Patient Experience * Assisting providers with: Oral appliance therapy, Clear Aligner Therapy, Quiet Night Laser * Delivering an elevated patient experience through education, empathy, and clear communication * Supporting smooth clinical flow and collaborative teamwork

Requirements

Experienced (1-2 Year) Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (per state requirements)
Comfortable with advanced technology and evolving clinical protocols
