About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Core Agent to join their dynamic Rooms Team. This role is crucial in assisting the Reservations department by fielding incoming calls, selling the resort, providing information to prospective guests, capturing sales from calls, and coordinating reservation details. The Core Agent will deliver top-notch customer service over the phone, monitor systems and communication channels, and assist the team in preparing for guest arrivals.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Work authorization in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Opera preferred
• One to two years’ experience working in hotels or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Field all incoming calls to the appropriate department within the hotel.
• Sell the resort and provide information to prospective guests.
• Capture sales from incoming calls.
• Coordinate details of each reservation.
• Provide top-notch customer service over the phone.
• Monitor systems and communication channels.
• Help the team prepare for guest arrivals.
