About The Position

B&P Advertising, Media and Public Relations is looking for a curious, motivated writer to join our creative team. This is an entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who loves writing, asking questions, and learning how brands connect with audiences. You’ll work alongside experienced creative directors, art directors, and account teams to develop content for a wide range of clients, including healthcare, education, tourism, and other industries that make a real impact in our community. We’re more interested in strong writing skills, curiosity, work ethic, and a willingness to learn. This is an onsite position.

Requirements

• Strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent grammar and attention to detail
• Critical thinking, curiosity and a desire to learn
• Ability to organize information and tell a compelling story
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable receiving feedback and revising work
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
