About The Position

Koodo is seeking a Copywriter & Content Manager for a hybrid role. This position is for a creative storyteller who is also comfortable with technical execution. The role involves crafting Koodo's distinctive customer-first voice across digital platforms and managing the content upload and deployment process. The ideal candidate will bridge creative ideation with technical implementation, acting as the architect of the final digital experience.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in digital copywriting, content management, or a similar hybrid role.
A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first copy (banners, landing pages, or UI text).
Expert proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
Proven experience working within a Content Management System to upload and format digital assets.
Basic understanding of image dimensions and web-formatting requirements for digital uploads.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in Telecommunications (Telco).
Experience with Contentful.

Responsibilities

Write punchy, persuasive copy for splash pages, homepage tiles, and promotional banners that drive conversion and brand love.
Write and develop support content for customers that is technical but easy to digest.
Take ownership of the end-to-end publishing workflow, including uploading copy and imagery into systems and ensuring pixel-perfect appearance.
Evaluate current processes with the aim to optimize output and implement recommendations.
Develop content for general sales initiatives and End-to-End user flows, ensuring Koodo’s value propositions are clear, competitive, and on-brand.
Audit live content for accuracy, broken links, or formatting issues to maintain a high standard of digital excellence.
