The Copy Manager leads the voice of the brand across all channels, shaping how Carter’s shows up in the world through clear, compelling, and strategically grounded storytelling. This role goes beyond execution—partnering closely with Marketing and Creative leadership to define messaging frameworks, develop campaign concepts, and elevate the role of copy in driving brand and business impact.
