About The Position

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, chatbots, and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot Studio. Implement intelligent document processing (IDP) and leverage LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning to enhance automation capabilities. Deploy solutions to production environments and manage seamless integration with existing systems. Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for all automation workflows. Develop robust error handling, exception management mechanisms, and technical documentation for automation architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automation design and architecture using low-code/no-code platforms and scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including connectors, custom actions, and complex workflow design.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Copilot Agents, including conversational design, intent handling, and dialog management.
• Experience integrating agents with knowledge bases and external data sources via APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI Builder, NLU, sentiment analysis, and language generation within automation processes.
• Knowledge of security and ethical AI considerations, including data privacy and bias mitigation.
• Ability to perform testing and optimization through A/B testing and user feedback analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
