About The Position

Emballages Richards Inc. is looking for a Bilingual Sales Coordinator who will be supporting the Sales Account Executives with their sales activities. The coordinator will work closely with the various teams such as Sales, Warehouse and Purchasing. They will provide effective and timely feedback and support to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of PC's: including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Self-starter, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing, energetic, proactive, positive and solution driven attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Strong relationship building and excellent customer service skills, coupled with professional time management, organizational, and communications skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow.
• Fully Bilingual: French and English
• Minimum 1+ years working in a strong customer care or sales environment
• Post-secondary Degree or Diploma or equivalent experience in the same field

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of ERP- Business Central (BC) is an asset

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Provide high-quality customer service and respond to customer requests in a professional manner
• Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and potential customers
• Work cross-functionally with all other relevant departments, including sales and warehousing
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail
• Support the sales team in meeting customer needs.
• Stay up to date on sales strategies, new product introductions, and skill development by attending meetings, self-learning, and taking advantage of training opportunities.
• Respond to various customer inquiries, including information about production, inventory, and availability.
