Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering
- 2 years of relevant experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project and/or Primavera P6 software (asset)
- Knowledge of the Autodesk suite (asset)
- Project experience with BIM platforms (asset)

Responsibilities
- Proceed with the monitoring and inspection of work
- Take quantity surveys
- Plan and ensure the proper coordination of work with foremen, surveyors, superintendents, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
- Participate in meetings with clients, engineers, and project managers
- Obtain the necessary permits and authorizations for the execution of work
- Assist the superintendent in various administrative and technical tasks
- Plan and verify material orders (various metal parts, formwork, rebar, etc.)
- Follow up (content validation) of shop drawings and other contractual documents required as needed
- Participate in the development and updating of project schedules
- Perform various follow-up tasks on the construction site
