The Coordinator plans, organizes, and directs daily activities of team members in a designated work area to meet production needs while following safety, quality, and operational standards. The role responds to team members’ needs, audits work against standards, makes decisions for the assigned area, and serves as the first responder when team members need assistance. Specific functions vary by area.
