About The Position

As the Coordinator, you will play a critical leadership and operational support role on the selling floor, partnering closely with the SEM and ASEM to ensure the seamless execution of daily business needs. This role is responsible for driving efficient scheduling, coordinating client, product, and technology support, and maintaining exceptional service standards. As a visible leader, you will set the tone for professionalism, communication, and service excellence, ensuring both clients and associates experience the highest level of support and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate with the SEM and ASEM to make assessments and adjustments as needed to support the total business.
  • Make schedules that are efficient and flexible.
  • Coordinate with staff to assist with Client, Product (including Pre-Orders and Reserves), and Technology needs. Additionally, please ensure that supplies are stocked throughout the floor.
  • Act as Santana Repair and Service/Client Issue Liaison. Additionally, support shipping errors, return processing, and notifications.
  • Constantly check email and phones for updates throughout the day to have the most up-to-date communication and directives.
  • Delegate responsibilities to associates, such as floor maintenance, supporting client issues, and immediately rerouting Shoe Inquiries from Client Services to an available seller.
  • Communicate in a timely manner any needs the floor or associates may have. Escalated client issues should be communicated immediately to avoid any delays or further discrepancies.
  • Be visible and present so that clients know that you are a leader. Make the effort to get to know who our clients are.
  • As the Coordinator, you set the standard for our staff in cleanliness of the floor, interaction between associates and clients, and store family. It is important to assist in maintaining high quality in service and other items pertinent to the overall shopping experience. Once you have set the standards, it is utmost that they be maintained.
