The Coordinator, Workplace Community Experience, will provide administrative support and is responsible for maintaining a welcoming community experience for all staff and visitors at Start Early. This individual will serve as a receptionist for Start Early (1 North Dearborn) and is responsible for providing customer service to staff, external clients, and visitors. They will also provide project management and program support to the Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of People & Culture and DEIB, and Operations Managing Director, as well as general support to other Start Early locations as needed. This role is on-site at 1 North Dearborn, M-Th 7:30 am-4 pm, and Fridays are remote 8 am-4 pm. Reporting to the Supervisor, Workplace Community Experience, you will:
