Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse coordination, shipping/receiving, or logistics support.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel)
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment and materials safely.
  • Comfort working in fast‑paced, dynamic project environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or digital tracking tools.
  • A proactive, solution‑oriented approach when challenges arise.

Nice To Haves

  • experience with scheduling or project management tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) procedures.
  • Coordinate packing, manifesting, and shipping of equipment and materials.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse equipment, storage areas, and supplies.
  • Purchase, track, and manage equipment, consumables, and inventory records.
  • Handle, store, and dispose of chemicals safely and in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and equipment databases.
  • Support equipment and fleet billing, booking, and maintenance activities.
  • Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment as required.
  • Work with WSP technical teams to support project‑related logistics.
  • Complete other warehouse and logistics tasks as needed.
