About The Position

This role is responsible for producing high-quality short-form videos, photography, and commercial-style marketing content from concept to completion that promotes our schools, students, programs, and other district initiatives. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented video producer/photographer to support Enrollment Marketing efforts through compelling visual storytelling and content creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years experience in TV and video production from conception to completion
• Knowledge of current technology and state of the art in TV and video productions and broadcast including, but not limited to videotape and nonlinear (computer-based) equipment and transmission, and/or classroom teaching experience.
• Knowledge of emerging video/photography equipment and production techniques
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-orientated
• Professional level customer service skills
• Problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

• TV/Video Production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality videos, commercials, short-form content, and photography for digital, social, and promotional campaigns
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to edit video, touch up photography, and create engaging graphics and animation assets
• Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment for all field and studio productions
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling strategies designed to strengthen school enrollment and brand awareness
• Partner effectively with the Enrollment Marketing team, as well as, teachers, students, administrators, while maintaining the independence to manage individual deadlines
• Apply strong organizational skills and attention to detail to bring authentic school stories to life from concept to completion
• Performs other duties as assigned.
