Requirements

Be able to read and understand English
Good communication skills
Must be able to take direction/supervision and work cooperatively with others
Ability to use computer and related software programs to accomplish assigned tasks
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance Instructions, and procedure manuals
Be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point, a plus.

Responsibilities

Process repair payments in coordination with the accounting or accounts payable team.
Monitor third-party repair costs and identify cost-saving opportunities or billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment tracking logs.
Serve as the primary contact for vendor billing inquiries and payment status updates.
Support internal audits and reporting of third-party repair expenditures and trends.
Assist in helping other coordinators as workflow changes within the QRS coordinator team.
