Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 2 years of administrative work experience
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience coordinating events or employee engagement activities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees via phone, email, and front desk support; respond to general inquiries and direct employees
  • Create and submit content for the weekly employee newsletter
  • Manage the employee uniform program, including additions and cancellations
  • Maintain the HR conference room calendar and coordinate scheduling
  • Order office and department supplies as needed
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities, including coordination of the annual orientation calendar
  • Participate in employee engagement teams and assist with site events
  • English proficiency (the ability to read, write, and speak) is required when communicating with employees and supervisors who only speak English
