Coordinates administrative onboarding processes, maintains employee records, and serves as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries. Provides in-person employee support on behalf of the Talent Experience team and support to the Manager, Talent Experience. Oversee the preparation and distribution of internal employee documentation, supports compliance and reporting requirements, and contributes to day-to-day Talent Experience operations.
