The Coordinator of Student Success and Engagement serves as the primary Student Success and Engagement representative for the Fulton Schools community at the Polytechnic campus. This position plays a key role in helping students build connection, belonging, leadership skills, and engagement throughout their academic journey. The coordinator is responsible for leading student engagement initiatives at the Polytechnic campus, with primary responsibility for the Fulton Peer Mentor Program, support and development of student organizations, and delivery of programs that enhance the student experience and strengthen students' connection to the Fulton community. This position also serves as the lead coordinator for Entrepreneurship and Innovation programming across the Fulton Schools, working collaboratively with faculty, staff, industry partners, and students to expand opportunities for innovation, entrepreneurship, and experiential learning. As a member of the Student Success and Engagement team, the coordinator contributes to college-wide initiatives including Welcome Week, Family Weekend, student outreach campaigns, leadership programs, and other strategic priorities that support student success, engagement, and persistence to graduation. This role also supports essential duties within E2 Camp, a cornerstone retention initiative. E2 camp is held in Prescott, Arizona, during July and August annually. This individual will be required to travel to and participate in leadership of E2 for approximately 10 days (not consecutive), which will be decided in conjunction with the individual hired.
