About The Position

WinnCompanies is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator Strategic Projects to join our dynamic Lowell Corporate Office. In this role, you will support strategic initiatives by maintaining project plans, tracking action items and milestones, coordinating meetings, preparing status updates. This role is responsible for documentation, follow-ups, general project support and ensuring leaders and teams have accurate, up-to-date project information to drive execution and accountability.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, and Real Page.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
  • Superb attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree.
  • Property Management industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the accuracy of the high-level rollup summary of the Business Initiatives.
  • Create and disseminate project updates.
  • Maintain project documentation.
  • Facilitate and attend project meetings.
  • General project support.
  • Coordinate project meetings.
