Requirements

  • Diploma in Security Management, Administrative Assistance, or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience supporting or processing security clearances.
  • Strong working knowledge of governmental security clearance regulations and protocols.
  • Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and administrative processes.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • Valid Reliability security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Secret clearance (considered an asset).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end federal and provincial security clearance processes for designated personnel across Canada.
  • Partner closely with Human Resources to ensure compliant background checks and screening for new hires.
  • Liaise with government security agencies to submit, track, and manage clearance applications and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of security clearances, statuses, and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and ongoing support to employees throughout the security clearance lifecycle.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing security risk assessments and support clearance eligibility recommendations.
  • Support Corporate Security Officers (CSOs) and act as Alternate Corporate Security Officer (ACSO) when required.
