About The Position

This role provides administrative support to Managers and Directors in the daily sales process with clients. It also involves coordinating tradeshows, collateral materials, and travel arrangements for Universal Orlando Resort (UOR) Hotels.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience in a clerical or office environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree (AA) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Directors and Managers to generate contracts, proposals, and any additional client correspondence needed to assist with conducting business for groups at all the Universal Orlando Resort (UOR) Hotels.
  • Services as a conduit between Hotels, Revenue Management, UOR Marketing, Managers / Directors, and clients in terms of communication as needed.
  • Responsible for the coordination of all aspects of a site inspection for Managers/Directors, including, but not limited to, Guest Room Reservations, Amenity Requests, Transportation, and Ticketing.
  • Coordinates and processes reports, entertainment requests, travel requisitions, and expense reports.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
