THE PURPOSE: The Coordinator, Sales Operations – International provides critical operational and administrative support to the International Sales Operations team. This role is execution-focused and data-driven, ensuring accurate order processing, system integrity, and day-to-day transactional support that enables the international business to operate efficiently and scale.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in an operations, sales support, or data-entry-heavy role
  • Working knowledge of Excel, including basic formulas and report formatting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with wholesale operations, order management systems, or EDI preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Full Circle or similar wholesale systems
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Experience supporting international or wholesale accounts
  • Exposure to customer portals and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume data entry and order processing within Full Circle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Upload and maintain customer purchase orders, acknowledgments, invoices, and related documentation
  • Perform routine account maintenance including order cancellations, adjustments, movements, and corrections
  • Create and track RTVs and support follow-up on collections as needed
  • Generate, format, and distribute invoices, acknowledgments, and standard reports in Excel and PDF formats
  • Manage customer portals by uploading and downloading required documentation, comparing POs against system data, issuing ASNs and box labels, and confirming compliance
  • Verify customer purchase orders against internal systems and ensure all required fields and data points are complete
  • Process inventory transfers between warehouses, including both physical and system-based inventory movements
  • Support new customer account setup and maintenance within systems
  • Run and validate standard reports to identify discrepancies and support basic analysis
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, DC, and Planning teams to support daily operational needs
