Meet the team: Our Global Transportation Team is responsible for the shipping of Dexcom G6 & G7 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems for ambulatory use by people with diabetes and by healthcare providers for the treatment of people with diabetes. We are looking for driven and self-motivated leaders to join and help us continue to expand and grow our Global Transportation Team! Where you come in: You will coordinate and oversee the international transportation of goods from origin to destination, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and transportation management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Experience using Oracle ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Nice To Haves

1 - 2 years of experience in international transportation or logistics roles.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the international transportation of goods from origin to destination, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Assist in preparation and processing of shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and import/export paperwork.
Communicate well with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to arrange shipments and resolve any issues that arise.
Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and sourcing teams to provide exceptional service.
Maintaining accurate records of shipments, transportation activities, and related expenses.
Emphasize cost management, ensuring transportation solutions that are both economical and efficient.
Ensuring high standards of service and quality are maintained throughout the transportation process.
Utilizing strong analytical skills to assess logistics performance and implement improvements.
Developing and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency.
