About The Position
Our Sales Gallery is where Guests arrive for scheduled vacation ownership presentations—often excited, sometimes skeptical, always forming an impression. You’ll set that tone. You’ll welcome guests with Aloha, confirm invitation details, and keep tours moving seamlessly by coordinating guest flow and pairing each party with a Sales Executive through a structured rotation. Behind the scenes, you’ll keep the gallery and refreshment areas polished and guest-ready, to help craft an environment that feels calm, premium, and intentional—even when the day is moving fast.
Requirements
- OPT (Optional Practical Training) status is accepted for this position.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with Aloha
- Confirm invitation details
- Coordinate guest flow
- Pair each party with a Sales Executive through a structured rotation
- Keep the gallery and refreshment areas polished and guest-ready
