Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field.
Must be able to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A minimum of five year of full-time relevant professional experience in housing operations, residential facilities, or student affairs.

Responsibilities
Assist with coordination of daily work orders and scheduled work for University Housing facilities.
Actively work with University Facilities Management as needed to communicate needs, follow up and work order review.
Coordinate the ongoing update of facilities related inventories (student room furnishings, staff offices and apartments, residence hall lounges and public areas), equipment inventories (i.e., bike racks, pianos, pool tables, department vehicles, etc.) and stock items (i.e. paint, carpet, upholstery, whiteboards, etc.).
Provide continual assessment of residence hall furniture and equipment to make recommendations regarding the purchase of new inventory of products and/or refinishing, repairing items.
Provide support for residence hall turnover, including cleaning, painting, moving, refuse/recycling, and entomological service needs.
Act as primary coordinator for University Housing facilities vendors including but not limited to: Laundry Services, Entomological Services, furniture, building signage and other related work.
Coordinate communication to students and staff regarding scheduled work in the residence hall buildings.
Coordinate residence hall opening and closing support related to recycling, refuse and other facilities related needs.
Collaborate with various departments (University Facilities Management, Living Learning Communities, etc.) throughout the University to promote and reinforce University Housing's commitment to student success.
Evaluate residence hall room signage needs and coordinate installation.
Assist in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures.
Serve on assigned department, division, and University committees.
Perform related duties as assigned.
