The Regional Office Coordinator provides direct administrative support to the Regional Operations Director (ROD). This role encompasses a wide range of secretarial and coordination duties, including managing correspondence, arranging conference calls and meetings, preparing DeNovo information, coordinating new facility open houses, and preparing monthly reports. The coordinator is also responsible for arranging travel plans, monitoring office supplies, managing calendars, reconciling expense reports, assisting with presentations, and acting as a liaison. The position requires adherence to company policies and regulations, participation in educational activities, and the ability to handle special projects, sometimes urgently. The role also expects the ability to work overtime and travel when necessary.
