Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating program activities (e.g., updates, actions, dependencies, communications) and related follow-ups across teams
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for program governance meetings and cross-functional sessions
  • Manage group travel arrangements and logistics including itinerary building, and expense report processing as needed
  • Assist in maintaining organized program documents and reports (e.g., SharePoint site, org charts, key deliverables, and related materials)
  • Develop, consolidate and edit PowerPoint presentations, agendas, meeting summaries and other materials in support of program meetings
  • Assist with on-boarding process of new employees, invoicing, and tracking program budget
  • Support coordination of stakeholder visits and program-related sessions as needed
  • Maintain key distribution groups, rosters, and lists for the team
  • Coordinate cross-functional workshops and working sessions; document key decisions, actions, and owners to drive follow-through
  • Support other program delivery objectives and tasks as required
