About The Position

The Pro Shop Coordinator provides support to Wynn Golf Club and its operations, maintaining the high level of service standards at Wynn Las Vegas. The role requires knowledge of golf and retail operations and includes guest service, golf operations, sales, product knowledge, and Pro Shop retail responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong working knowledge of a computerized cash register.
• At least one year of cash-handling experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Prior knowledge of hospitality and golf systems such as Opera, Simphony, and GolfNow OpenCourse; preferred but not required.
• Prior knowledge of the game of golf; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Wynn and Forbes service standards when interacting with guests and coworkers.
• Respond accurately, appropriately, and promptly to guest requests while anticipating needs to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Multi-task across golf operations, retail, and guest service tasks.
• Check in golfers and collect green fees.
• Use product knowledge to support golf operations and retail.
• Maintain cleanliness, visual presentation, and organization in all work areas.
• Receive and verify merchandise for quality and accuracy.
• Operate retail point of sale and handle cash accurately.
• Support golf operations, assistant managers, managers, and the director.
