About The Position

As our HRIS People Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring all new hire data is entered accurately and timely in our HRIS system. You will collaborate with hiring managers and new hires to successfully collect and add all new hire required documents; ensure proper completion and filing of Form I-9. This role will also conduct weekly audit of data such as starting wage, classification, location, supervisor, etc. and will be responsible for testing, auditing and monitoring HRIS updates, as well as training Associates and creating manuals on how to effectively and efficiently use the system. Lastly, this role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with role and security access configuration. This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Management or Technology preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources, Data Management or Reporting.
  • Must have proven time management skills and quickly adapts to a changing business environment.
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, able to listen and can use this information to solve problems, anticipate issues and make correct decisions based on a variety of situations.
  • Must take accountability and responsibility for your actions.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.

  • Must be able to travel using various forms of transportation, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for mandatory meetings and conferences held either at our offices or offsite (i.e. quarterly team connection weeks, companywide meetings and events, vendor visits).
  • Must comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the Lovesac Employee Handbook and work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients, both internal and external with dignity and respect at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and verify accuracy of on-boarding forms and documents.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for HRIS users.
  • Manage permissions, security access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
  • Collaborate with HRIS Analyst and HR leadership to identify system improvements and process efficiencies.
  • Proactively mine system data, analyze information and make recommendations on process enhancements.
  • Conduct training for new system users; assist in the creation of training materials, and user guides that drive end-user adoption.
  • Maintain procedure documentation for system and change log.
  • Provide ongoing support to the People Team.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by management.
