The Outreach & Events team at NAS is responsible for organizing and overseeing external recruiting efforts at industry events, as well as managing studio-wide internal celebrations and morale-boosting events. The team is seeking a Coordinator for Outreach & Events who will play a key role in delivering unique, memorable experiences for both current employees and prospective talent. This position supports a diverse range of internal and external events, including studio town halls, project launches, and recruiting-focused programming at conferences, festivals, and expos. As a key member of the NAS Outreach & Events team, you will collaborate with colleagues across all three studio locations. Your goal will be to ensure equitable experiences across all three locations, while addressing the unique needs of each local NAS community to make sure every interaction with NAS – whether onsite, online, or at industry events – reflects our inclusive, creative culture. The ideal candidate is dynamic, thoughtful, and detail-oriented, with a collaborative approach and strong planning skills. The right person for this role should demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities and effectively manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining a level head.
