About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of sand silos and related equipment. The Coordinator Operations 1 will adhere to all site safety requirements, maintain equipment, and contribute to a clean work environment.

Requirements

• Motivated team player with demonstrated attention to detail
• Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
• Demonstrate clear communication skills including ability to read, write and speak English as well as understand and promptly follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Ability to safely lift and carry 50 pounds independently
• Able to successfully meet pre-employment testing requirements which may include, without limitation, pre-employment drug and alcohol test(s) and background checks as well as drug and/or alcohol testing periodically during employment (subject to state and federal laws)
• Valid Driver's License
• High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Wear Proper PPE & adhere to all site safety requirements
• Hook up trucks to sand silos
• Ensure all sand hoses are in working condition and compliant with safety regulations
• Clean location of excess sand
• Complete basic preventative maintenance of sand silos and dust collectors
