How you'll contribute An Office Coordinator who excels in this role: Updates policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Oversees financial processes for clinic operations. Monitors general electronic mailbox and completes or routes tasks as appropriate. Generates and distributes weekly and monthly reports, including provider on-call schedules, availability calendars, billing, and documentation reports. Coordinates initiatives supporting staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagement. Serves as first-line support for the electronic health record, including basic troubleshooting, merging duplicate charts, unlocking records, and maintaining pharmacy and practice database information. Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned. Reviews and complies with LifePoint Code of Conduct and all relevant company and division policies and procedures. Schedule: What we’re looking for Education : High School Diploma or equivalent Required; Associate's Degree Preferred Certifications : BLS required Skills & Experience: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
