Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required; Associate's Degree Preferred
  • BLS required
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

  • Updates policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Oversees financial processes for clinic operations.
  • Monitors general electronic mailbox and completes or routes tasks as appropriate.
  • Generates and distributes weekly and monthly reports, including provider on-call schedules, availability calendars, billing, and documentation reports.
  • Coordinates initiatives supporting staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagement.
  • Serves as first-line support for the electronic health record, including basic troubleshooting, merging duplicate charts, unlocking records, and maintaining pharmacy and practice database information.
  • Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Reviews and complies with LifePoint Code of Conduct and all relevant company and division policies and procedures.
