About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting and hiring students and creating and maintaining accurate work schedules
  • Experience identifying academic support needs and developing and implementing new interventions
  • Experience delivering higher education academic support services, such as academic coaching, tutoring, Supplemental Instruction, or comparable services to undergraduates and/or graduate students in a learning center or academic support center along with knowledge of evidence-based instructional practices to support learning
  • Ability to design, implement and assess workshops, trainings, presentations, and events
  • Comfortable with public speaking, leading workshops, and having voice and/or face recorded for instructional or training purposes
  • Demonstrated comfort with and/or willingness to use artificial intelligence tools as part of regular job duties, including in student-facing instruction and academic support contexts
  • Basic skills in updating website content
