Coordinator of Music & Liturgy is an integral member of the parish staff, assisting the Pastor in fostering the spiritual growth of the parish community through music and liturgy. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the parish's liturgical celebrations and music ministry, including serving as the primary organist for weekend, holy day, sacramental, funeral, and wedding liturgies. The Coordinator directs the parish choir, recruits, trains, and schedules cantors, accompanists, and volunteer musicians, and works collaboratively with the Pastor, parish staff, volunteers, and liturgical ministers to ensure meaningful, prayerful, and well-prepared worship experiences. The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic with strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and must be proficient in playing the organ and piano. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
