MERU was founded by professionals from Alvarez & Marsal and McKinsey and has seen rapid growth in the eight-plus years since its founding. We’re seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience to support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital campaigns, content development, events, and internal marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual who enjoys keeping projects moving, collaborating with vendors and internal teams, and supporting a variety of initiatives without full-time hours. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, develop content, and support both external brand marketing and internal personnel-focused efforts. You will have ownership over some areas of the marketing function and be responsible for running initiatives on-own with direction and support from the Marketing Director and in collaboration with key stakeholders and internal teams.
