Marketing Coordinator
About The Position
Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas is seeking a highly organized, ministry -minded Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about life transformation and thrives in a healthy, mission -driven culture. We serve approximately 70 students in our residential recovery program and host three major events each year, including a Pickleball Tournament, a 5K, and our annual gala with over 600 attendees. This role plays a key part in helping share the story of what God is doing through this ministry. Requirements
- Strong organizational skills (essential and used daily)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Detail -oriented, dependable, and self -motivated
- Comfortable working with people from all walks of life
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute major events throughout the year
- Support marketing and communication efforts tied to programs, events, and outreach
- Maintain strong organization and follow -through across multiple projects and timelines
- Work closely with leadership and staff in a team -oriented setting
