About The Position
As a Coordinator Marketing In House, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. This position is based at Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club. The role involves scheduling sales presentations, managing customer expectations, and providing excellent service to meet or exceed budgeted sales presentation and volume production goals. You will ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services, using persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. The role also requires welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating and addressing their needs, interacting professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests, contributing to team goals, and adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
