The Facilities Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for managing daily maintenance operations across all Retail locations. This role serves as the central point of communication for maintenance requests, providing first-level troubleshooting support to store teams and efficiently dispatching technicians using the Ecotrak Work Order system. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
