About The Position

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Maintenance Coordinator to lead the coordination and execution of maintenance activities at our plant. This role plays a key part in ensuring that equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably through structured planning, team leadership, and performance monitoring. You’ll collaborate closely with maintenance and operational teams to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in heavy industrial/heavy manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce safety standards in accordance with CEMEX, OSHA, and MSHA regulations.
  • Receive daily work programs and assign tasks to appropriate team members to ensure maintenance objectives are met.
  • Motivate and guide the maintenance team while resolving issues and ensuring adherence to plant policies and procedures.
  • Establish performance goals, oversee work quality and safety, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise the implementation of maintenance plans, monitor equipment conditions, and minimize downtime during repairs.
  • Report maintenance activities, support planning meetings, and document hazards and safety observations.
  • Assist the maintenance planner and provide emergency support to avoid equipment interruptions.
  • Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned by management.
