Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
  • Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and distributing packages among departments.
  • Receiving deliveries from USPS/FedEx/UPS.
  • Sorting packages by departments and distributing items.
  • Signing for and accounting for all incoming deliveries.
  • Receiving and inputting USPS/UPS/FedEx/Staples packages into WTS system.
  • Delivering morning & afternoon USPS/UPS/FedEx/Staples packages.
  • Replacing toner on copy machines and delivering copy paper.
  • Selling stamps, metering or creating FedEx labels from 11:00-1:00.
  • Backup to mail delivery twice a day.
  • Opening/Closing Mailroom.
  • Creating a manual logbook for incoming package delivery.
  • Receiving and inputting packages into Web Tracking System (WTS) and delivering early morning FedEx & UPS.
  • Collecting payment for postage stamps, metered postage, FedEx and outgoing packages.
  • Sending out inner-office FedEx envelopes three times a week to outside offices.
  • Sorting all picked up USPS/FedEx/UPS and sending out.
  • Updating employee list and setting up new mail stops for employees.
  • Delivering First Overnight FedEx and UPS.
  • Stocking FedEx/USPS and UPS supplies.
  • Covering morning, afternoon, and lunch breaks for the Front Desk.
  • Answering multi-line phone system (Cisco) incoming calls.
  • Directing clients, staff, & vendors to the applicable party.
  • Covering the front desk from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m., then closing the front desk.
  • Scheduling conference rooms for all staff/employees.
  • Booking pool cars upon request for employees.
  • Controlling & distributing temporary badges for visitors/employees.
  • Validating visitor parking.
  • Managing Woodlands Express Park & Ride ticket books.
