About The Position
The Coordinator Inventory Management is responsible for receiving, issuing, and maintaining telecommunication construction equipment and materials. This role involves keeping accurate inventory records, submitting inventory level information to supervisors or customers, and coordinating the work of warehouse laborers. The position requires the ability to operate material handling equipment and to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
Requirements
- Ability to operate a pallet jack, hand trucks, or fork lift to load/unload materials for storage.
- Ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
- Associate's Degree in a related field or 2 years of related work experience.
- Proficient in the use of office hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.).
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Strong English language skills both oral and written.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
Responsibilities
- Receive, issue, and maintain telecommunication construction equipment and materials.
- Keep accurate inventory records.
- Submit information regarding inventory levels to supervisor and/or customer as requested.
- Coordinate the work performed by assigned warehouse laborers.
- Complete and ensure completion of tasks for assigned department/project.
- Schedule and determine priority of tasks for assigned department/project.
- Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project.
- Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project.
