About The Position

The mission of Correctional Managed Care is to address the healthcare needs of underserved patient populations within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) and the Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD). This role manages activities for a project or program, planning, directing, and coordinating program activities directly related to management or general business operations. The Coordinator ensures goals and objectives are met within priorities, deadlines, and funding conditions, determines program methods, staffing, budget, and resources, and assesses program status to implement appropriate actions. This position also delegates support staff activities, provides technical advice, serves as a subject matter expert, and adheres to internal controls and reporting structures. Performs related duties as required.

• Associate's degree or equivalent and three (3) years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs related duties as required.
